Paul Andrews
Director
Paul is a major shareholder of Polaska.
He is a business graduate who in the 1980’s left his career in niche marketing with international consumer goods companies and London advertising agencies to ‘cut his own swathe’ in the field of commerce. In competitive markets, he saw business opportunities that he felt others had missed and founded two successful companies each of which he subsequently sold to UK majors. He has since established a specialist glass business that is the dominant UK supplier and the largest company of its type in Europe. He regards himself as an entrepreneur and businessmen with the ability and commitment to deliver successful outcomes.
Ian Blatchly
Lead Development Consultant
Ian has extensive experience in delivering major redevelopment projects in the UK and the Middle East.
For the past 30 years, Ian has been able to utilise his strong business acumen and ability to identify meaningful development opportunities, to take land from the concept stage, to funding, acquisition, planning, development and sale.
Some of Ian’s most notable achievements in London include major developments in Leadenhall Street, the City of London, Bishops Wharf, Battersea and the Oriental City in Colindale.
